A resolution recently passed by the House of Representatives. It was initiated by Mr. James Waslh, NY State Congressman ( Syracuse and Rochester region) who had been a great supporter of democracy movement in Nepal. We were given a copy in advance ( in strict confidence) in October for our review and most of our suggested changes were accepted.

Congressman Walsh had facilitated our meeting other key congressmen in the past and we look forward to his support in the future. Please take a moment to write him "thank you" letter in appreciation of his efforts.
